On April 24, the American Economic Association announced that Harvard microeconomist and former Sloan Research Fellow Roland G. Fryer has been awarded the 2015 John Bates Clark Medal. The medal is awarded in recognition of extraordinary contributions to economics by a U.S. economist under the age of 40.
