Joseph Noon

Program Associate

Joseph joined the Sloan Foundation in July 2013 as a Program Associate in the Economic Institutions, Behavior, and Performance program. He assists in the development, analysis, and evaluation of proposals, grants, and program strategy. He also provides research support to President Paul L. Joskow and Program Director Daniel L. Goroff.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Joseph was awarded a Master’s of Science in Specialized Economic Analysis from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. His area of focus was in International Trade, Finance and Development. Additionally, Joseph has worked for Charles Rivers Associates as an Analyst in the Competition practice.

Joseph graduated from the Washington University in St. Louis in 2011 with a BA in Economics and Mathematics.
