Sibo Lu

Program Associate

Sibo joined the Foundation in July 2011 as a Program Associate in the Economic Institutions, Behavior, and Performance program, where she assists in the development, analysis, and evaluation of proposals, grants, and program strategy. She also provides research support to President Paul L. Joskow and Program Director Daniel L. Goroff.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Sibo was a Portfolio Analyst at the University of Chicago’s Office of Investments. As part of the Public Markets Absolute Returns group, Sibo assisted in exploring investment opportunities and evaluating external managers. She later joined the Strategy group, where her main responsibilities were empirical research in support of asset allocation decisions and data analysis for portfolio risk assessment.

Sibo graduated from the University of Chicago in 2009 with a BA with honors in Economics and a BS in Mathematics.
