Sonia Epstein

Program Associate, Science & the Arts

Sonia Epstein joined the Foundation in 2012 as Program Associate for Science and the Arts, where she works with programs in Public Understanding of Science and Technology, Universal Access to Knowledge, and International Science Engagement. Prior to joining the Foundation, Sonia worked as Research Associate to Dr. Eric R. Kandel at Columbia University. She contributed to the research, editing, and production of The Age of Insight (Random House, 2012), was the Production Consultant for the CHARLIE ROSE Brain Series I & II, and worked on the research, writing, and editing of a forthcoming book based on the Brain Series.

Sonia received a Bachelor’s degree with Honors from Middlebury College in 2009 in Psychology, History of Art & Architecture, and French.
