Swan Griffith is the Program Assistant for the Foundation's Public Understanding program. As a Program Assistant, Swan is responsible for program administration, overseeing the grant proposal review process, and grantee relations.

Swan joined the Foundation in 2022 as the Office Assistant where she assisted in managing Foundation facilities, operations, and administrative processes. Prior to joining the Foundation, Swan worked for nonprofit organizations supporting education and workforce development.
