Katina Rogers
Operations Management SpecialistKatina Rogers is the Sloan Foundation’s Operations Management Specialist. An integral part of the central administration team, she also works across several other departments, including finance, board relations, human resources, and program management. She joined the Foundation in September 2009.
Prior to working with the Foundation, Ms. Rogers spent four years as the Assistant Secretary General of the International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics, an organization with over 65 member countries that facilitated activities of professional associations in seven scientific fields.
Ms. Rogers holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and has taught college courses in literature and French language. She speaks French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian.
