The Alfred P. Sloan Foundation is interested in research that can provide insight into the science and engineering work force, including proposals that:
- Improve development and assembly of objective data and basic facts
- Assess the potential of Web-based survey technologies to enhance knowledge.
- Approach, in a thoughtful manner, new ways to understand and study the structure and function of the science and engineering work force
Interested researchers with a relevant project idea should send a one-page letter of inquiry to Program Director Michael Teitelbaum.
