The Sloan Foundation's program to promote women in science and engineering is now focusing on the lives and careers of women faculty through the Dual Ladder Program within our Workplace, Workforce and Working Families Program. The Sloan Foundation's most recent program to promote women in science and engineering was the Pre-Tenure Leave Program. This has now been discontinued. For a list of schools that participated in this program and related grants, click here.
