Code of Ethics
The Trustees and staff of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation are committed to conducting the affairs of the Foundation with the highest standards of integrity. The Foundation looks to its Trustees and to its staff to maintain that standard at all times. In particular, Trustees and staff are expected:
Code of Ethics
- To use the Foundation's resources wisely.
- To act honestly and with integrity in all matters pertaining to the Foundation.
- To treat all who interact with the Foundation with respect and good faith.
- To disclose and appropriately monitor potential conflicts of interest and administer the affairs of the Foundation with fairness and equity.
- To provide appropriate disclosure of the Foundation's programs.
- To promptly report internally any violations of this Code of Ethics and protect good faith reporters from retaliation.
- To observe the spirit and comply with the letter of all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
